What's included in my order?
Each set includes high-quality ABS WorldsBricks® bricks, a limited edition sticker pack (varies by season) and a digital instruction manual for smooth assembly.
I can't find the instructions:
We provide digital instructions accessible by scanning the QR code on your package. Simply scan it with your smartphone or tablet to be redirected to your set's manual.
If you can't find the QR code or are having trouble accessing the instructions, please email us at contact@worldsbricks.com with your order number and the model you're interested in. We'll send you the instructions and help you complete the access process.
Some pieces are missing / some pieces are defective on my WorldsBricks® set:
We are sincerely sorry if you have encountered a problem with missing or defective pieces in your WorldsBricks® set. It's rare, but our priority is that you can complete your build in the best possible conditions.
If you think any parts are missing or defective, please follow these steps:
1) Check the entire set again (bags, packaging, building areas).
2) If you are certain that parts are missing or defective, take screenshots of the relevant instruction pages and clearly circle/indicate the missing or problematic parts.
3) Send us these images, along with your order number, to: contact@worldsbricks.com
We will analyze your request quickly and send you the missing or replacement parts so that you can finalize your build.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on your location.
- Orders processed here usually arrive within 4 to 9 business days.
- International deliveries can take between 5 and 11 days.
Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email.
We don't currently offer custom designs. However, community ideas are very important to us: please feel free to share them with us.
Do you offer custom-made models?
We do not offer custom-made models at the moment.
However, community ideas matter a lot: contact us on our social media (@worldsbrickscommunity) or send us a photo of the model you dream of building. We love receiving your suggestions!
